RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at TeesAndKnees. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Made-to-Order Products
All products from TeesAndKnees are custom made-to-order and printed specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we generally cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse, wrong size selection, or change of mind.

We Will Provide a Full Refund or Replacement If:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective
  • The wrong item was shipped to you
  • There are significant print quality issues (blurry, faded, misaligned, or incorrect colors)
  • The product does not match the description or images shown

How to Request a Refund or Replacement 
To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at contact@teesandknees.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue with your item
  • A brief description of the problem

We will respond within 48 hours and work with you to resolve the issue. In most cases, we do not require you to return the defective item.

Cancellations
Because our products are made-to-order, orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at contact@teesandknees.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet entered production.

Refund Processing
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

European Union Customers
If you are ordering from the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the order has not yet entered production. Once production begins, the standard policy above applies. For defective or damaged items, the above warranty applies regardless of location.
