Thank you for shopping at TeesAndKnees! Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we get your custom products to you.
MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTION
All TeesAndKnees products are custom made-to-order. This means your item is created specifically for you after you place your order. Please allow 2-5 business days for production before your order ships.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
We offer the following shipping methods:
- Economy Shipping (US Only): 5-12 business days after production
- Standard Shipping (US): 3-7 business days after production
- Standard Shipping (International): 7-21 business days after production
ESTIMATED TOTAL DELIVERY TIME
Your total delivery time is production time plus shipping time:
- US Economy: 7-17 business days total
- US Standard: 5-12 business days total
- International: 9-26 business days total
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's delivery status.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- Delays may occur during peak seasons (holidays) or due to carrier issues
- Once transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside our control
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing for international orders
